Markets we serve....and where

Over the past 50+ years, Professional Collection Service has developed an effective collection process of accounts receivables for various industries and businesses of every size. Each industry has its own specific nuances and needs, and every business is unique.what_where cube.jpg

Industry specific needs… each industry has unique services or products and therefore the attitude of the customer / client is unique.  For example, in the medical industry, payment from the patient may be slow because they expect the insurance company to pay for all or a portion of the service and they will pay the balance. Because a partial payment has been made, the patient may move the medical bill to the bottom of the pile; as they pay for daily living necessities.

Visit the Healthcare Accounts Receivable Management page for detailed information.

The process is the same....for every type of business. Here is a list of the most common businesses we serve.

In what states can PCS collect?

Businesses often ask us about our ability to collect in other states.  Every state has its own laws and requirements and these requirements vary greatly from state to state. States defined as “closed states” do not allow a collection agency to collect in their state without a state license and/or be physically located in that state. Many states that at first glance looked “closed”, have exemptions that make it possible to collect in that state - IF the agency qualifies for these exemptions.  "Open states" that do not require a collection agency license MAY require registration as a business in that state.

Professional Collection Service currently serves Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and South Dakota.  In the future, PCS may elect to complete the necessary registration or apply for a Collection Agency License.

You can review licensing info for all states at www.insidearm.com/state-licensing/
